Dr. Lalithya founded Little Lumos with a clear purpose: to create a nurturing early-learning environment in Kakinada where children feel safe to explore ideas, ask questions, and develop confidence through joyful discovery.

Her mission is to protect the spirit of childhood. In a world that often pushes young children toward early academics and screens, she champions a slower, kinder path — one rooted in curiosity, creativity, and care.
