Our Founders
Little Lumos Preschool in Siddarth Nagar, Kakinada was founded by educators who believe that early childhood education should nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence. The founders bring together years of experience in education and a shared vision inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Dr. K. Lakshmi Lalithya is the co-founder of Little Lumos Preschool, a Reggio Emilia–inspired preschool located in Siddarth Nagar, Kakinada. Her vision is to create a nurturing early learning environment where children feel safe to explore ideas, ask questions, and develop confidence through joyful discovery.
Priyadarshini Rao Kondela

Every child carries a light within them. Our role as educators is to protect that light and help it shine through curiosity and creativity.
Priyadarshini Rao Kondela is the academic leader and co-founder of Little Lumos Preschool in Kakinada. With over 25 years of experience in education, she guides the school’s learning philosophy inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, where children are seen as capable learners and education is built on exploration and collaboration.

Our Tribute
Our preschool is nurtured in the cherished home of Late Sri. M R Eswara Rao and Late Smt. Sugunavathi whose warmth and legacy continue to inspire this learning space.
They were a great support to their children & grandchildren, a constant source of guidance and inspiration in their own ways.
Today, each new generation of students who learn and grow within their home stands as a living tribute to their spirit. A legacy that continues to honor their passion for learning and enduring belief in the transformative power of education.
